TERMS & CONDITIONS
For full rolls, we reserve the right to ship and invoice up to 10% over your ordered quantity. Cut yardage is available on most fabrics at an additional cost. All fabrics are subject to availability and may be discontinued without notice. Prices and specifications are subject to change without notification.
For California residents only. Applicable taxes are not included in prices. They will be included on final invoice
We do not accept returns after 30 days of shipping date. Customer must notify Afabric Agenda within 15 days from date of product receipt to request a return. Products must be unused and unaltered. We do not accept returns on Special or Custom orders. A 35% restocking fee will be charged on all authorized returns. All returns are subject to Afabric Agenda's qualifying approval and discretion. No returns on cut yardage.
Our selling prices do not include shipping costs. We will add your freight costs on to your sales invoice. FOB point is our warehouse, located in Los Angeles, CA or shipping point. We will ship all goods via UPS, unless otherwise specified. In cases where goods are too wide or heavy to ship using UPS, we will use a freight carrier of our choice, unless otherwise requested. Afabric Agenda cannot be held responsible for the performance of any shipping and/or courier service. We are not able to ship COD.
CUSTOM ORDERS (FABRIC, SEWING & PRINTING)
All custom orders, to include Fabric, Sewing and Printing, require non-refundable payment in full or specified deposit.
FABRIC: We require payment in full on all custom and special order fabrics.
CUSTOM SEWING: We require a 50% deposit on all custom sewn goods, prior to sewing.
PRINTING: We require payment in full prior to printing.
